I just returned from a family vacation at the Reserve, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The beach was fantastic without any seaweed issues, and we always found chairs to relax in, thanks to the Family Concierge section's ample seating. However, the dining experience was a bit hit or miss, with some restaurants needing improvements. The service was generally attentive, especially from staff like Milly and Darling, but the wait at some dining options could be long.
Our stay started off with high hopes, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable, but we faced constant noise issues that really affected our family's experience. The staff needs better training, as service felt lacking despite the beautiful grounds of the hotel. We're glad we chose this location with its stunning beach, but overall, we expected much more for what we paid.
Our family vacation at The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real was absolutely wonderful. The service was exceptional, with dedicated staff who really catered to our needs. The pools were perfect for the kids, though I wish the beach was closer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that my family loved, and we are eager to return.
