Luxurious Master Suite

I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Master Suite upon arrival, and it was nothing short of fantastic! The suite was incredibly spacious with a living room, dining area, kitchen, a sumptuous bedroom, two bathrooms with double walk-in showers, a jacuzzi, and a large balcony that even had its own jacuzzi. I made sure to order room service just to enjoy more time in such a beautiful room!

Really good Dining Experience

The culinary options here were excellent. Every evening, we dined à la carte in one of the many restaurants, and the food was always delicious. Some meals were exceptionally good, with the breakfast and lunch offerings being a delight too! The variety was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the buffet options that catered to various tastes and preferences.

Very nice Kids Zone

The Kids Zone was a fantastic feature of the resort! My children had a blast there. The staff was incredibly dedicated and made sure the kids had plenty of fun activities to enjoy. There was even a wonderful water park that catered to different age groups, ensuring both toddlers and older kids were entertained.

I just returned from a family vacation at the Reserve, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The beach was fantastic without any seaweed issues, and we always found chairs to relax in, thanks to the Family Concierge section’s ample seating. However, the dining experience was a bit hit or miss, with some restaurants needing improvements. The service was generally attentive, especially from staff like Milly and Darling, but the wait at some dining options could be long.

Our stay started off with high hopes, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable, but we faced constant noise issues that really affected our family's experience.
